'The Red House' sculpture on the riverside walkway
Carved in red sandstone by Colin Wilbourn and Karl Fisher on location in 1985. It represents the ground floor of a house complete with door, fireplace, furniture and a carpet. St Peter's Riverside

A redevelopment of the old Sunderland Harbour area on the north bank at the mouth of the River Wear. This was once a industrial and shipbuilding area before dereliction and redevelopment.
