Where's the path?
Where's the path?
From Tadpole Bridge to the stile, the towpath of the River Thames runs between a belt of trees and the river. On the other side of the stile, it runs for a while along the edge of a field and adjacent to the river. In January 2003, the river had flooded so badly, that the towpath had completely disappeared at this point. It was not possible to walk any further in this direction.
