SK0143 : The Bethel

taken 17 years ago, near to Cheadle, Staffordshire, England

The Bethel
The Bethel
Tape Street on the corner of Well Street, Cheadle, Staffordshire. Formerly an Independent / Congregationalist chapel erected in 1850. Until recently used by market traders while SK0043 : Cheadle Market was being refurbished. A notice on the door states that it will become a "Moorlands Centre for community life and religion-free [!] Christianity"
