Tower on Binns hill
Tower on Binns hill
This impressive structure is the result of a bet between local landowners to decide who could best waste 100. The tower was built for only 29 (still a lot of money at the time) and stands on top of Binns Hill near Binns House overlooking the surrounding valleys.
