Old Rectory, Meline
Old Rectory, Meline
At a glance this shabby house beside St Dogfael's church, Meline, looks like a farm or tied cottage dating from the early C20. Its rendered facade, modern windows and roof certainly suggest that. However the lean-to section on the left bears an almost indecipherable plaque indicating that this was the rectory, built in 1875. It seems to have fallen on hard times and could do with a major renovation.
