St Helen's Church, Hollinfare
St Helen's Church, Hollinfare
St Helen, Hollinfare, is a grade 2 listed building.

A chantry chapel was established on this site by the Lord of the Manor of Rixton in 1497. A daughter church of St Elphin in Warrington, it was dedicated to St Helen, that church’s original patron saint. Having been extensively rebuilt in the 1730s, the church was restored again in the 1870s (when it became a parish church) and completely refurbished in the 1980s. However, the original beams still support the roof.
