The summit of Heversham Head (123m)
The summit of Heversham Head (123m)
The Head is a limestone hill wooded on its north flank but with open grassland on its southern flanks. There is new access to the view indicator just west and wandering over the summit seems not to be a problem. Looking east towards Farleton Fell and Ingleborough (just right of the trig column).
