Mother Aitken's, Seafield Place, Edinburgh
Mother Aitken's, Seafield Place, Edinburgh. Ma Aitken's pub is a nineteenth century building with classical features and with the pub occupying ground floor and residential flats above.

Sadly situated on the junction of a main route south for lorry traffic, backing on to a cemetery, across the road from the docks and downwind from the notoriously smelly Seafield refuse dump, it is, at the time of writing, lying empty.
