NY3708 : Descent from High Pike

taken 9 years ago, near to Rydal, Cumbria, Great Britain

Descent from High Pike
Descent from High Pike
The section between High Pike behind us and Low Pike is steep and the path is very stony. Care is needed, particularly if you are tired after a day circumnavigating the Fairfield Horseshoe. Don't forget to stop from time to time to see the view of Windermere ahead.
