A lovely statue, as seen from the roadside.

In the past the statue of the horse was the other way round - see LinkExternal link (Archive LinkExternal link ) . This website LinkExternal link states that the original base, designed by Edward VII, had been lost and the horse originally stood facing the Sandringham Estate.
