After turning right at the top of the hill from TL7806 : Post 13, Nature Trail, you will see post 14 on your right.
This view, looking south from post 14, shows a Y junction at which you bear right. Along the route you will see some restored heathland, and the path merges with a WWII logging track. Keep to the right when the path narrows, and you will rejoin the footpath between TL7805 : Post 1, Nature Trail and TL7805 : Post 2, Nature Trail, and so back through Scrubbs Wood to TL7805 : Entrance to Danbury Ridge Nature Trail

Danbury Ridge Nature Reserves
The Essex Wildlife Trust manages a block of nearly 250 acres of nature reserves on Danbury Ridge.
There are a range of habitats including woodland, heathland, marsh, pools, streams and bogs.
The reserves comprise: Scrubs Wood SSSI, Little Baddow Heath (mostly SSSI), Poors Piece SSSI, Pheasanthouse Wood SSSI, Birch Wood SSSI and Woodham Walter Common SSSI.
