TM1265 : Engine Shelter & Coaling Stage

taken 13 years ago, near to Wetheringsett, Suffolk, England

Engine Shelter & Coaling Stage
Engine Shelter & Coaling Stage
Slightly left of centre you can see the Mid Suffolk Light Railway engine shelter: It has a roof, but no sides. It is hoped that the MSLR will be able to build a more substantial engine shed at a later date.

As there was a steam loco running on the day this picture was taken, there is coal on the Coaling Stage on the right of the picture.

The path on which passes on the left of the shelter forms part of the middy walk, which will take you all the way to the end of the line on days without traffic.
