Maxey Cut at Lolham Bridges
Maxey Cut at Lolham Bridges
Lolham Bridges actually consists of five bridges in a line running north to south along King Street, the main Roman road into Lincolnshire. The bridge immediately north of the level crossing over the East Coast Main Line carries the road over the Maxey Cut, a by-pass channel for the River Welland. This view looks uriver.
