The White Quey
The White Quey
Commonly misspelt "White Quay". "Quey" is a North of England term for a heifer. The pub is now closed - yet another in a series of closures of country pubs. Obviously still open in 2006 NY4049 : The White Quey; maybe in the course of closure in 2008 NY4049 : The White Quey.
