Edinburgh Townscape : University of Edinburgh Buildings in Buccleuch Place
In the distance, blocking off the vista is the horizontal bulk of the University Library (1965-7, architects Basil Spence, Glover and Ferguson). The projecting concrete box in front of that is the small George Square Theatre (1967, architects Robert Mathew, Johnson-Marshal & Partners). The flash new building nearest the camera is the new University of Edinburgh Business School.
