NC5051 : Creag Riabhach Mhor

taken 14 years ago, near to Creag Riabhach Mhòr [hill or Mountain], Highland, Great Britain

Creag Riabhach Mhor
This crag (translated as Big Speckled [or Brindled] Crag) is mis-spelt as Creag Riabach Mor on my edition of Explorer Map 447 (Edition A1, Revised 2002 and further revised 2007). The top is full of small craglets and dry crispy grass, a lovely contrast to the filthy quagmire surrounding it. The view of A'Mhoine to the north is truly wonderful.
