North Bovey: Bovey Castle
North Bovey: Bovey Castle
W G Hoskins, writing in 1954, described this as a 'modern mansion on a new site. It was the seat of Viscount Hambleden and is now a hotel'. Since Hoskins wrote 'Devon', the building, earlier known as the 'Manor House', is now known as Bovey Castle.
