Queen Street Mill on the left is a working textile museum with a horizontal tandem compound mill engine. King's Mill is on the right and this former weaving shed is now an antiques centre. This corner of the village is a now rare and imposing site.

Primrose Mill was behind Queen Street Mill but was demolished following a fire.
