SK0667 : Cave on Chrome Hill

taken 14 years ago, near to Hollinsclough, Staffordshire, England

Cave on Chrome Hill
Cave on Chrome Hill
Towards the north end of Chrome Hill there is a small cave, the floor of which is bare earth trampled by sheep feet - clearly well used by the local woolly inhabitants as a shelter from northerly winds. The hill in the left background is Hollins Hill.
