Parked in a bay at the southern end of Newport bus station is a Newport Bus double-decker, fleet number 141. It differs from all other buses in the Newport Bus fleet in having an open-topped upper deck, and in being painted red. Other Newport Bus buses are painted green.

For a fare of £6 (adults) or £4 (children aged 5-15 and seniors (aged 60+)), passengers get a 75 minute tour of the city, with a guide to comment on the places visited. These include
The many Roman remains in Caerleon, ST3390 a former Roman Legionary site.
The viewpoint from Christchurch at the top of Belmont Hill.
Newport Transporter Bridge, Link one of only two of its type remaining in the UK.
Tredegar House and Country Park, with 90 acres of parkland.
