Guided bus approaching Hills Road Bridge
Guided bus approaching Hills Road Bridge
On the second day of guided bus services, a single-decker from Trumpington has just left the southern part of the busway's enormously expensive concrete track. It will shortly pass under Hills Road Bridge (from which this shot was taken) on tarmac to Cambridge railway station, then pass slowly through the city streets and on to St Ives on the much longer northern section of the busway. For a zoom shot taken moments earlier, see TL4556 : Guided bus from Trumpington.
