Fencing off 'Mr Asbo'
Fencing off 'Mr Asbo'
One of the pair of swans that nest in the inlet (probably TL4860 : Swan chasing off geese) is very aggressive and regularly attacks passing rowing boats, hence the nickname 'Mr Asbo'. It was planned to relocate him but he had started nesting before anything was done, so the screens were erected so he couldn't see the boats from the nest.
