These are The White Cliffs of Dover, although there have to be frequent rock falls to keep them white. On the National Trust owned Bockhill Farm, just east of the Dover Patrol memorial and the Blue Bird Tea Rooms (in the old coastguard station), there is a sheer drop of a few hundred feet to the beach below.
