A grade II listed house, dated C17, now 2 dwellings. No 3, Buckingham House, and No 1 Garth End House, which includes a C20 shop-front.
Built in coursed rubble with rusticated quoins to left, comprising a 2-storey main range, with slightly projecting cross gables, a pantile roof with brick stacks. Mid C18 pilastered, open-pedimented doorcase. C19 canted bay to left. Late C18 cast-iron railings with urn finials to front and side. SeeSE6986 : No 3, Buckingham House railings
