Kirtling Brook
Kirtling Brook
One of many flow control points along the length of the brook. The reason is that the brook and the River Stour are used as part of a route to move excess water from the River Ouse near Feltwell in Norfolk to the more inhabited area of Essex. This is being replaced by a new pipeline, see TL6755 : Construction Work for more details.
