Castell Dinas Brān
The ruins of the medieval Castell Dinas Brān stand on an ancient hill fort above Llangollen. The hill fort is likely to date from around 600 bc, while the remaining ruins probably date from around the 1260s and were built by Gruffydd II ap Madog son of Madog ap Gruffydd Maelor.
