SJ3802 : Lead mining chimney

taken 7 years ago, near to Snailbeach, Shropshire, Great Britain

Lead mining chimney
Lead mining chimney
One of a couple of chimneys associated with the Snailbeach lead mine workings; this one appears to have no obvious furnace beneath it, but the entrance to that may have been covered by vegetation since it was used, or bricked up in recent times.
