Wheal Coates
Seen from the path towards the main Wheal Coates mining site, the chimney of Towanroath engine house is a strange sight, peeping above an ever steepening coastline. There is another path and a whole complex of buildings down there though, still high above the sea. This chimney has been restored by the National Trust.
