TQ3588 : Copper Mills Pumping Station

taken 45 years ago, near to Tottenham, Haringey, Great Britain

Copper Mills Pumping Station
Copper Mills Pumping Station
Once a copper rolling mill but later taken over as a potable water pumping station and now part of the Thames Water empire. A more recent visit found the ancient wooden crane completely overtaken by vegetation and the water in the foreground was no more than a damp patch.
