Christ Church, Chislehurst
Christ Church, Chislehurst
Built in 1872 to a design of the architects W G Habershon and A R Pite at the instigation of Lord Sydney who disagreed with the high churchmanship of the existing churches in Chislehurst, St Nicholas' Church and the Church of the Annunciation.

It is locally listed.

When originally built, it had a tower and spire at the west end of the nave. This was removed in 1880 to allow the nave to be extended, and was replaced with the current tower situated at the end of the south aisle.
