Glencorse Reservoir
Built in the 19th century by the great Victorian civil engineer Thomas Telford to supply drinking water to Edinburgh. Castlelaw ahead and Turnhouse Hill to the right. The tarmacked private road leads all the way to Flotterstones and the main road to Edinburgh.
