Reverend Richard Parry "Gwalchmai" 1803 - 1897, Llandudno
This plaque for the Reverend Richard Parry is located on the tower of Christ Church in Llandudno. He was born in Llannerch-y-medd in 1803 and with a long career as an influential minister, Richard Parry established a chapel in Llandudno for both Welsh and English services. He was a prolific Welsh language author, and won ten eisteddfod chairs during his lifetime. 'Gwalchmai' being his bardic name.
