The Place - rising core
The Place - rising core
The Place is going to be the little brother of The Shard - the two principal blocks comprising the London Bridge Quarter. The concrete core was being erected in August/September 2011.

The curved steel-clad building in the foreground is a ventilation shaft for the Jubilee Line.
