St Chad's Church, Poulton-le-Fylde
The earliest documented evidence of a church here dates from 1094 although it is likely that there was a much older church (possibly as early as the seventh century) on the site.

The tower dates from the 17th century, and much of the remainder of the building from a major renovation in the 18th century, although some of the fabric of the original structure remains (SD3439 : St Chad's (plaque)).

St Chad's is a Grade II* listed building.
