NO5267 : Navar Church & Churchyard Buried here is the 'notorious' crippled beggar of Angus , John Gudefellow', who died hereabouts in 1810. According to Robert Smith [The Road to Drumnafunner (2007)] he was given a good send off by a local farmer - the grave cost 18 pence, the whisky at the wake 13 shillings!
