Field of Fire Ditch, Lower Lines
This ditch is part of the Lower Lines Park, linked to the Great Lines Heritage Park. This brick faced ditch was used as a defensive ditch around Fort Amherst, it stretched from River Medway, through the fort and towards St Mary's Island.

In the background is a bridge in the park.
Further back is a block of flats in the current military housing estate.
