The church is Grade I listed. LinkExternal link. The church was built between the 14th and the 16th centuries, mostly in the Perpendicular Gothic style. The wide 16th-century chancel has "eccentrically distributed" lancet windows, and the large battlemented tower is heavily buttressed.
