St Mary the Virgin church, Laverstoke with Freefolk
St Mary the Virgin church, Laverstoke with Freefolk
This is the modern church, built in 1896 to serve the combined parishes of Laverstoke and Freefolk, in the style of the 13th century. It is not to be confused with another church of the same name, which was genuinely from around the 13th century, the remains of which are in the grounds of Laverstoke House about a kilometre to the north east.
