This south facing wall, made of hand-made bricks, could be heated on the inside and was used to grow fruit trees in the former Rectory garden NZ3528 : Ceddesfield Hall from the pond
Sedgefield Heritage Trail

On a good day, the town looks very pretty and has much of interest. A good place to start is the Heritage Trail which is available on the web LinkExternal link and as a leaflet available locally (try the Council Offices off the High Street near Hope Inn).
