The original smithy building, at the end of the terrace, is now a pottery and pottery supplies business. The adjoining buildings have been added recently in a similar style as shown here LinkExternal link
Sedgefield Heritage Trail

On a good day, the town looks very pretty and has much of interest. A good place to start is the Heritage Trail which is available on the web LinkExternal link and as a leaflet available locally (try the Council Offices off the High Street near Hope Inn).
