Kelly's Cats, Union Bridge
William Kelly was the architect of these celebrated leopards (1908) on the northern balustrade of Aberdeen's Union Bridge which spans the Denburn Valley at the south end of Union Terrace Gardens. The corner building in middle distance is the "Monkey House", a famous local meeting place for Aberdonians.
The southern balustrade of Union Bridge has been removed, with its leopards, but can still be seen in the Winter Gardens, Duthie Park.
