By T.P. Bennett & Son in 1957-62. An extensive complex occupying a whole block with offices, shops and college buildings (TQ2881 : London College of Fashion, Oxford Street and 33 Cavendish Square) on the Oxford Street side. It looks in good condition - it has probably been spruced up since it was built - presumably because it is fully, or almost fully, occupied.
