Anyone who remembers Stratford station as it used to be will agree that the transformation over recent years is astonishing, with the addition of the Jubilee Line, London Overground and the Docklands Light Railway, as well as a vastly bigger area covered. The most recent addition is the Docklands Light Railway to Stratford International which opened in August 2011 on the line of the old North London Line. This closed between here and Canning Town and on to North Woolwich in December 2006. This view is looking in the direction of Stratford High Street as a DLR train bound for Stratford International arrives.
