A row of shops (vacant, a gap and derelict) opposite the Ropeworks corner on the Newtownards Road, between Welland Street and Connswater Street (right). Itís possible that they might be on a reserved line for a proposed link road to the Sydenham bypass, near Dee Street J3574 : Sydenham bypass entrance to Belfast harbour estate but the new Roads Service website is fairly hopeless.
