A small but grand piece of Edwardian Baroque, built for the Borough of Poplar to the designs of Squire, Myers & Petch in 1904-06. The centre is recessed with arched ground-floor windows divided by attached Ionic columns. Grade II listed.
It was sympathetically converted into offices by The Regeneration Practice about ten years ago.
