Stainer Street SE1: plaque commemorating bombing
As the plaque explains, in 1941 people were sheltering from bombing in the Stainer Street arches under London Bridge: a bomb caused the arch to collapse, killing 65 and injuring 175. The plaque is erected by the London Borough of Southwark and is thus not an "official" blue plaque.
