A giant snow dome encasing the Marquess of Londonderry's statue in the Market Square is one of the most compelling of all the displays in the Durham Lumiere festival 2011. Created by Jacques Rival, the words "I love Durham" are displayed at the foot of the statue (not very clear in this image).
