Stained glass window in the chapel at Peterhouse, Cambridge
The chapel at Peterhouse was built in 1628. This is one of several very beautiful windows by Max Ainmiller (German, 1807–1870), dating from 1855. Moses returns from Mount Sinai with the ten commandments.

Although most of the original stained glass was destroyed by Parliamentarians in 1643, the east window's crucifixion scene did survive. Link
