Areas of grass on heather moorland
Areas of grass on heather moorland
The hills and ridges of the Mona Gowan group are largely heather covered but with areas of grass in places. The view in this image is from the south ridge of Scraulac across the south ridge of Cairnagour Hill with Morven, a Corbett, in the distance. Mona Gowan itself is unseen, lying north, (to the left), of the central heather dome.
