Lorrimore Square dates from c1856 and gets its name from the fact that it was built at the south-west edge of the former Lorrimore (or Lower-moor) Common which was enclosed in 1769. Only one side from the original mid-19th century housing of Lorrimore Square survives and that is seen here. On the right are the railings of St Paul's Church - see Link
